What types of umbrellas do you offer?
We offer both cantilever and standard umbrellas in the Sola by Skyspan collection, ready for delivery. We also offer a commercial range which we design and manufacture to order.
Do you provide installation or just supply the product?
Each umbrella comes with installation instructions. If you require help with setting the umbrella up, please contact us and we may be able to put you in touch with a suitable tradesperson.
What kind of maintenance is required?
To maintain your umbrella, simply clean the frame and fabric with mild detergent and water, then hose off to keep it looking fresh. We recommend storing the umbrella with the protective cover when not in use.
What warranty do you offer?
The Fabric has a 5-year warranty against
fading. The warranty covers normal use in a domestic setting by the original purchaser.
The Frame has a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
