What is the warranty on the umbrellas?

Fabric: 5-year warranty against fading. The warranty covers normal use in a domestic setting by the original purchaser.

Frame: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

How do I make a warranty claim?

What is your returns and exchange policy?

We offer refunds or exchanges in most cases, provided the umbrella is returned in as-new condition with original packaging. In the rare event of a faulty product, we will arrange collection and provide a replacement or refund. For full policy, please visit our return & refund page.
