Yes, we manufacture each umbrella to order from our factory in Yatala, Queensland. We have a showroom at the factory which you are welcome to visit.

Minor assembly is required, but it’s simple and comes with easy-to-follow instructions.

To maintain your umbrella, simply clean the frame and fabric with mild detergent and water, then hose off to keep it looking fresh. We recommend storing the umbrella with the protective cover when not in use.

Release the lock button, turn the windle handle anti-clockwise, and push the runner down the mast. Once fully closed, secure the umbrella with the strap and fit the protection cover if required.

The umbrella can be tilted by sliding the handle up or down the mast to the desired angle.

  • Summit: Pull the integrated rotational handle and rotate the umbrella over the base until you are at the desired position.
